Questions about replacing the book
Is a digital sign in sheet acceptable for our site?+
This depends on your contract and your site rules. GateProof supports your site management and audit processes.
Do we need new hardware at the gate?+
No. Any phone or tablet with a camera will do, or use manual ID entry.
What if people forget their card?+
Use manual ID entry or add a manual entry later; it is labelled with who added it and why.
What if the signal is poor at the gate?+
Offline scanning is not available yet. Forgotten or missed scans can be added manually with an audit trail.
